\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFunciones y Facultades de la Asesor\u00eda Legal y T\u00e9cnica.<\/strong><\/br>\nLa Asesor\u00eda Legal y T\u00e9cnica de la Municipalidad de General Paz forma parte integrante del gabinete municipal con una jerarqu\u00eda equivalente a la de Direcci\u00f3n. Desde la misma se realizan y resuelven m\u00faltiples temas de variada \u00edndole, entre los que se encuentran:\n\nElaboraci\u00f3n de dict\u00e1menes previos a la resoluci\u00f3n de expedientes y tr\u00e1mites administrativos.<\/span>\n

  • Confecci\u00f3n de contratos administrativos.<\/li>\n \t
  • Asesoramiento Legal del Intendente y dem\u00e1s integrantes del gabinete municipal en cuestiones administrativas.<\/li>\n \t
  • El Asesor Legal y T\u00e9cnico forma parte integrante de la Comisi\u00f3n de Pre adjudicaci\u00f3n que interviene en las licitaciones p\u00fablicas, licitaciones privadas y concursos de precios.<\/li>\n \t
  • Es la oficina a cargo del tr\u00e1mite de escrituraci\u00f3n social, mediante el cual los particulares pueden acceder a la escritura de su propiedad sin costo alguno, pudiendo, adem\u00e1s, afectar el inmueble como bien de familia, logrando de esta manera una protecci\u00f3n integral de la vivienda Ley 10.830, conjuntamente con la Escriban\u00eda General de Gobierno de Bs. As.<\/li>\n \t
  • Es la oficina a cargo de realizar el tr\u00e1mite de las escrituras a favor de la Municipalidad cuando esta resulta adquirente.<\/li>\n \t
  • Ley 9.533 y Ley 24.320 conjuntamente con la Escriban\u00eda General de Gobierno de Bs. As.<\/li>\n \t
  • Realiza el cobro judicial de las deudas que los particulares tienen con la Municipalidad por la v\u00eda del juicio de apremio.<\/li>\n \t
  • El Asesor Legal Municipal tambi\u00e9n es el Apoderado Municipal con facultades para representar al Intendente en todas aquellas demandas judiciales iniciadas contra el Municipio.<\/li>\n \t
  • Desde la Asesor\u00eda Legal se instruyen los sumarios administrativos contra los agentes municipales que presuntamente cometieron alguna falta en el ejercicio de su funci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
